Bring your Antique Cars, Trucks, Engines, Tractors, Equipment and Demonstrations.  
Show them to the crowd.
Exhibitors get free gate admission, and a Thank You plaque.
Register after you arrive;  No  reservations needed.
Club membership not required.

The Threshing Show!
Vendor Policy:
- Since vendor sales space near the MHRT exhibit areas is very limited, we will ask that vendors apply ahead of time to
reserve a space.  Vendors will be selected based on overall contribution to the show, and estimated popularity among our
guests.  
- Only vendors selling items related to Mechanical History, truck./tractor/machinery restoration parts and services, tools,
models, or collectors’ organizations will be allowed in the MHRT exhibit/show area.   MHRT retains the right to reject any
vendors.  No food sales vendors will be allowed in the MHRT exhibit/show area.   
- A standard space will be 15 ft x 20 feet, and a rental fee of $14 will be charged per space which includes gate admission
fees for up to two people.   If more space is needed, consider applying for two spaces.
- Pre-registration must be completed by Wed, 8/11.  Set up will be on Thursday, 8/12 or Friday 8/13.  .
- To apply for space, or get questions answered, please send an e-mail note to admin@mhrt.org, stating name, contact
information, merchandise to be sold, space needed, and MN tax ID number.  The MHRT board of directors will then
consider your application and notify you with an answer.  Or if you prefer, you may send an inquiry to MHRT Secretary,

Personal Transportation Policy:
- No personal vehicles such as an ATV, gator, golf cart, etc are allowed on the grounds except for Handicapped use,
medical need, or MHRT business.  Handicap parking will be available on the grounds, and people wagon shuttles will be
running.  Exhibit vehicles such as tractors, trucks, cars, etc should not be driven except during the parades or for use in an
MHRT exhibit.
